Free online workshop · AI for development teams

Get agents to deliver what you asked for

In 90 minutes you’ll learn to work with coding agents using Spec-Driven Development (SDD): development guided by specifications. It is our TRGCON workshop: from idea to reviewed code, with a person who decides.

What Spec-Driven Development (SDD) is

Spec-Driven Development (SDD) means building from specifications that can be verified, instead of asking for code through prompts.

With SDD, the specification states what is being built, why, and how we will know it is done. It is approved before the code, lives in the repository next to it and is the source of truth: maintaining the software means updating the specification.

It is the method onext uses with development and product teams, and the one we presented at the TRGCON workshop on 22 October 2026.

What we will cover in 90 minutes

Why more AI-generated code is not always more delivery

The three usual problems of developing with agents: they forget the team rules, they produce code that looks right and is not, and they drift over time.

The harness: the context the AI works in

Your team rules written outside the model, the specification approved before the code, and automatic checks. And where a person decides.

From specification to code, live

The full flow of a small feature (a piece of functionality) with Claude Code: from the idea to reviewed code and up-to-date documentation.

What the specification governs and what is left to the agent

The criteria for deciding each one, and what stays with your team afterwards.

Who it is for

Development and product teams already working with AI assistants or agents, and the people who lead them: engineering, technical and product managers.

Who runs it

Bernat López, CEO of onext, and Manel Marcos, co-founder and head of technology.

Workshop material

It is the same content as the in-person TRGCON workshop. The slides and the example repository are already available.

If you want to practise the example on your laptop you will need Claude Code, Node.js 24.15 or later and git; the docs/SETUP.md file in the repository explains the setup, which is best done before the session.

Choose your session and sign up

The workshop is free and capacity is 27 people per session. We send you a confirmation by email and, before the session, the Microsoft Teams link.
